The Beginning
Everybody Welcome began with a simple yet powerful desire: to make arts and culture accessible to everyone. As a parent of two children with autism, and navigating my own disability, I experienced firsthand the challenges of finding suitable and affordable activities. Coupled with my background in theatre, I realised the disconnect between venues willing to provide access and the families who needed it. Thus, EverybodyWelcomewas born – a platform to bridge that gap through better communication and shared experiences. Currently, Everybody Welcome is run by one person with a passion for the arts and social inclusivity.
Who We Serve
Our mission is to serve a diverse audience, including parents seeking accessible activities for their children, adults with disabilities looking for inclusive cultural experiences, individuals facing financial constraints, and venues aiming to improve their outreach. We understand the challenges each group faces: from the overwhelming task of finding suitable events to the need for clear, reliable accessibility information and the desire for affordable entertainment. We aim to be the go-to resource for overcoming these obstacles.
